Witches Wall Altar w/22kgold

Hand sculpted and painted wall altars are a great way to add dimension to a wall gallery. Add a small plant, candle or some crystals.

How they are made: Hand built with stoneware clay, hand painted with a paintbrush, slip trailing and cutwork details applied, dried for days, fired to bisque-ware,  then a shiny clear glaze is applied before firing a second time in a skutt kiln over 2000 degrees. Lastly a 22k gold luster is used to add details before firing a 3rd time. 

*Each piece is unique and may have imperfections which happens in non commercial handmade work. All items are one-of-a-kind.
