Folk Shrine Shelf

Hand sculpted and painted wall shrines are a great way to add dimension to a wall gallery or altar. Add plants inside or draped over the top, a tea light and some crystals or a picture of a loved one. These can also be set on a mantel or shelf as decoration or to be used on an altar. Two small nails will be included for hanging. 

 9H x 7.25 W 3.25D

How they are made: Hand built with porcelain stoneware clay, hand painted with a paintbrush, dried for days, fired to bisque-ware,  and then fired a second time in a skutt kiln over 2000 degrees. These are left unglazed creating a matte finish raw stoneware that is truly unique.

*Each piece is unique and may have imperfections which happens in non commercial handmade work. All items are one-of-a-kind.
